I started my career in commercial real estate after graduating from college with a BA in Finance and later obtained my MBA. My long history of involvement in the commercial real estate industry began while gaining valuable experience working for a commercial real estate development company.

Rustin has a unique gift and has master level trade knowledge in many trades in the construction industry. His past experiences in electrical, mechanical, pre-engineered metal buildings and other trades provides him the tools to understand the scope of any job. His prior work history has given him the ability to understand the process of pre-construction, procurement, supply chain, to the result of completion of any job within budget and on time.
